글로벌학부를 찾아주셔서 감사합니다.
한림대학교 글로벌학부는 나날이 변화하고 복잡해지는 글로벌 환경 속에서 가장 핵심이 되고 우리 대한민국의 경제성장의 요체가 되어온 국제경제, 무역통상 및 비즈니스에 필요한 글로벌 역량을 갖춘 인재를 양성한다는 목표로 2007년 창설된 이래로 지금껏 성장해 왔습니다.
짧은 역사이지만 글로벌학부는 한림대학교의 국제화를 선도하는 학부로서 그 역할을 다하고 있으며, 특히 해외 유수의 대학과 교수 및 학생교류 활성화, 유럽연합의 Erasmus+ 학술 및 연구교류 프로그램에 본교를 대표하여 적극적으로 참여함으로써 특히 우리 학생들이 글로벌 환경에 보다 많이 노출되어 졸업 이후 그들의 활동무대에 절실히 필요한 실력과 경험을 자발적이고 적극적으로 준비하도록 하는 ‘글로벌 엘리트 교육’의 산실로 만들어 왔습니다.
글로벌학부를 졸업한 학생들은 세계보건기구(WHO)와 같은 국제기구를 비롯하여, 대한무역투자진흥공사(KOTRA), 한국국제협력단(KOICA), 국민건강보험공단, 한국환경공단 등의 공공기업과, 삼성, 현대, SK, 카카오엔터프라이즈 등의 국내외 기업, 금융그룹 UBS, 신한은행, 국민은행 등의 금융권 등에 성공적으로 취업하는 결실을 만들어 냈습니다. 또한, 미국 UC Berkeley, U Michigan, 호주국립대(ANU), 서울대, 연세대, 고려대, KAIST 등의 국내외 탑클래스 대학원에 진학하여 각 분야의 전문가로서의 지식을 쌓고 있습니다.
글로벌학부는 여기에 만족하지 않고 모든 교수, 직원이 배전의 노력을 통하여 항상 새롭게 나아갈 것을 약속드립니다.

Welcome to School of Global Studies!
Hallym University School of Global Studies was founded in 2007 and has grown ever since with the goal of nurturing human resources with the global capabilities necessary for international economy, trade, and business, which are the most core in the ever-changing and complex global environment and the key engine of economic growth in Korea.
Though it has a short history, the School of Global Studies is fulfilling its role as a leader of internationalization of Hallym University. In particular, it actively participates on behalf of Hallym in the European Union's Erasmus+ academic and research exchange program by activating faculty/staff and student exchanges with leading overseas universities. By doing so, we have made it the cradle of 'global elite education' that allows our students to be more exposed to the global environment and voluntarily and actively prepare the skills and experiences they desperately need for their careers after graduation.
Students who graduated from our School work with international organizations such as the World Health Organization (WHO), public or private enterprises such as the Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA), Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA), National Health Insurance Services (NHIS), Korea Environment Corporation, Samsung, Hyundai, SK, and Kakao Enterprise, as well as financial institutions such as UBS, Shinhan Bank, and KB Bank. In addition, some graduates are pursuing their postgraduate degrees to become an expert in each field at top-class graduate schools such as UC Berkeley, U Michigan, Australian National University, Seoul National University, Yonsei University, Korea University, and KAIST.
The School of Global Studies promises to always move forward through the efforts of all professors and staff.
